THE CREW is not responsible for legal claims arising from materials supplied or approved by a client.

Revisions & Scope of Work

The number of revisions included in a project may vary depending on the service or package purchased.

Requests that substantially change the original project direction, add deliverables, or fall outside the agreed scope may be considered additional work and may require additional fees.

Any specific revision limits or additional-work rates may be outlined in the applicable proposal or client agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, THE CREW retains ownership of its original concepts, templates, processes, working files, preliminary designs, unused concepts, methods, and proprietary materials.
