I started my career in the retail world creating mockups, tech packs, line sheets, packaging, and product designs for well-known brands. I loved being the one behind the scenes bringing products to life, but I also noticed how many small business owners were trying to grow with branding that didn’t feel like them at all.
What started organically as a few local business owners asking for help with their websites quickly grew into something much bigger. One referral turned into another, and before long, I was helping businesses all across South Jersey establish their online presence. Some might call it luck — I call it divine intervention.
That unexpected path led me to create The Crew, where I could take everything I learned working with big brands and make it accessible, for entrepreneurs. Even better, it gave me the opportunity to build a business I love while staying home with my two boys.
